Jenna Bennett was born in Norway and moved to New York City at age twenty. When Broadway didn’t work out, she and her husband moved to Nashville. Jenna Bennett became a Realtor® and renovator. Currently she is a real estate assistant. In the moments between raising two children and renovating nine houses, Jenna has managed to write and win first place in the Music City Romance Writers Melody of Love contest, as well as a contract with Berkley Prime Crime to produce a series of Do-It-Yourself Home Renovation mysteries. The mysteries feature Avery Baker, NYC textile designer turned renovator in Waterfield, a tiny fictitious hamlet on the coast of Maine. In addition, Jenna is the author of a series of real estate themed mysteries set in Nashville and featuring Southern Belle and new-minted Realtor® Savannah Martin. The first in the series is A CUTTHROAT BUSINESS, released as an ebook in May 2011.
